Capacity Services

Reliance Globalcom's Capacity Service (CS) provides a dedicated, managed, point-to-point unprotected connectivity to locations throughout Asia, India, Europe, the Middle East and USA. The service provides an ideal primary transmission path and is designed to support major telecom carriers and other operators who traditionally integrate and manage their own international backbones. The service is delivered over Reliance Globalcom's own private and highly reliable global fibre-optic network using SDH / DWDM technology. The service includes no inherent backup traffic paths, giving customers the flexibility to select their own restoration or protection paths.

Reliance Globalcom also delivers wavelength services across key network routes in three different variants: Standard 10G services, 10G LAN PHY services and 10G WAN PHY services.

IP Transit

Reliance Globalcom’s IP Transit service is a premium wholesale internet service designed for Telecom carriers, ISPs, content and ADN/CDN providers. The service is offered through Reliance Globalcom’s highly resilient global network with single Autonomous Systems (AS) connecting six continents, and provides very low-latency, low-packet loss access to the Internet with IPv4, IPv6 Native, IPv4/IPv6 Dual-Stack and Tunneling options. The service also offers features such as DDOS protection, flat and usage based billing (bandwidth-on-demand/burst capability), online performance reporting, and is customisable to meet customer’s specific needs.
