One element of service management is the post-implementation support offered by Reliance Globalcom's 24x7x365 Global Network Operations Centers (GNOC).

 

With fully-redundant Global NOCs in Denver, Colorado and San Francisco, California, Reliance Globalcom's highly-trained network engineers employ a range of industry-leading tools to respond to, if not anticipate, service-affecting events. Our Global NOC Engineers always alert customers to network outages or service interruptions. However, in many instances, Reliance Globalcom's proactive approach allows us to remedy issues before customers notice a service disruption.

 

In those instances when field services are required, our Global NOC Engineers dispatch local personnel to the customer site to: manage on-site equipment troubleshooting, replace equipment, identify damage to fiber optic cabling and/or provide general local support for service issues.

 

This service support model allows customers complete confidence in the availability and performance of their enterprise networks so that they can focus completely on maximizing the efficiency and profitability of their enterprises.
