YipesCARE is an innovative customer care portal that allows customers to fully manage their account and monitor their enterprise network services and SLA performance. It is designed to offer customers easy and instant desktop access to a suite of valuable monitoring functions and resources. YipesCARE also offers access to unique features like Yipes OnDemand - a patented method of changing network bandwidth when required; and Yipes HawkEye, a real-time network performance and monitoring system.

 

Through the YipesCARE portal, customers can:

  • Measure network service utilization
  • Monitor Reliance Globalcom network performance
  • Utilize HawkEye premium services
  • Confirm and measure performance against SLA metrics
  • View monthly invoices
  • Access documentation and reference materials

 

Network Performance

Service specific network performance statistics are available in graphical format and show network utilization (incoming and outgoing packet rate), latency, jitter and packet delivery. Graphs may be generated on a per service basis and can span a timeline of 12 months to 30 minutes.
