Reliance Globalcom Carrier Partners
Reliance Globalcom's Carrier Partners across North America, Europe, and Asia enable Reliance Globalcom to deliver seamless, transparent LAN services globally using the "last mile" access of regional Ethernet services providers.
Carrier Partners must first be certified to ensure compatibility and seamless service delivery. In order to certify its Carrier Partners, Reliance Globalcom and the partner agree to the technical specifications of an Ethernet network-to-network interface (E-NNI) to ensure network data integrity. The partners also establish detailed network operations procedures for handling customers jointly to meet strict service level guarantees. With its "access agnostic" approach, Reliance Globalcom provides Ethernet services with near ubiquitous global coverage over multiple access types, including fiber, copper (T1, E1, DS3, E3, OC3) and other Carrier Partner Ethernet networks.
Reliance Globalcom provides a fully-managed service and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, monitoring and management of the local access, the long-haul network and the network equipment at the edge.
