San Francisco —January 15, 2008— Yipes Enterprise Services, Inc., the leading global provider of managed Ethernet and application delivery services, announced today that it now has a global Ethernet network-to-network interface (E-NNI) with KVH, allowing Yipes' customers to access KVH's network in Japan and Asia.

This arrangement represents Yipes' 11th E-NNI agreement with facilities-based network providers around the world. E-NNIs are integral to Yipes' Ethernet services expansion strategy. Yipes' acquisition by Reliance Communications Ltd., will further enhance Yipes' international reach and accelerate its deployment of global Ethernet services.

The E-NNI arrangement with KVH is based on Yipes' recently announced standard network interconnect technology, which overcomes the lack of interoperability standards. Through Yipes' interconnectivity guidelines and requirements, Yipes facilitates rapid E-NNI service delivery while ensuring that global Ethernet services are flexible and scalable, and meet Yipes' end-to-end SLA commitments for all customers.

Engaging with KVH allows Yipes to deliver global services with more comprehensive solutions to its customers while maintaining QoS standards across Yipes' network. The interconnectivity guidelines and requirements enable Yipes to seamlessly provision global Ethernet service offerings while allowing smooth NOC integration for Yipes' customers.

Worldwide revenue for Business Ethernet Services is projected to climb to $30.7 billion by 2012, according to Vertical Systems Group (Worldwide Business Ethernet Services, 10/11/07). Enterprise customers purchase Ethernet services, which are available at rates up to one gigabit per second, in support of their metro, regional, nationwide, and global network applications.
