Yipes said the expansion, in large part, reflects the Company’s continued success in meeting the needs of the financial services vertical. In April, Yipes launched FinancialConnect!, a scalable network solution that provides banks, brokers, hedge funds, institutional investors and investment managers with simple, scalable and cost-effective access to the largest financial Exchanges, Electronic Communication Networks, liquidity pools and trading platforms.

As a result, we believe our experience, unique scalability and cost advantages will make Yipes a highly attractive option in the marketplace.”
“Private, secure network connectivity between all of our offices is imperative to our business,” stated Mark Swensen, Director of Networking for the Schonfeld Group, which specializes in electronic trading and processes about 500,000 executions per day. “With Yipes, we have extended our Ethernet network securely across six locations, in different metro markets, with complete central office diversity. These needs at our new Boston office made Yipes the perfect fit for this location. We are very pleased with Yipes and are happy we selected their services in Boston.”
