Job Title Senior Manager-Finance(MIS)

Position Reporting to (Role) Team Lead - MIS
Location DAKC, NaviMumbai

Role Summary :

  • Responsible for publishing Weekly KPIs and Monthly MBR
  • Responsible for commission calculation
  • Preparation of Carrier Quarterly Performance score card
  • Responsible for publishing various reports sent to CHQ
  • Responsible for AOP Preparation/Planning

Duties and Responsibilities :
  • To coordinate with various stakeholders for preparation of weekly Carrier KPI report
  • Compile the Carrier Weekly KPI report along with Collection report
  • Prepare the weekly activates and collection report for Corporate office
  • To coordinate with various stakeholders for preparation of MBR report for Carrier Business
  • Compile the Carrier MBR report
  • Prepare Monthly financial Presentation for chairman review
  • Compile and prepare the Receivable Deck of Carrier Business
  • Prepare the Corporate profit and loss for Carrier Business
  • Compile and prepare the Consolidated Corporate profit and loss account of Carrier Business
  • To coordinate with collection team for preparing monthly collection report and regionwise/customerwise collection shortfall report
  • Quarterly basis calculate commission payable to Sales and Sales support team for NLD Business
  • Prepare score card for Carrier Business on quarterly basis
  • Quarterly basis uploading budget in SAP and taking approval from CHQ for NLD Business
  • To prepare Full AOP deck for NLD Business
  • To prepare product-wise variance analysis for variation in revenue;
  • To compare revenue figures with AOP figures and prepare variation report;

Key Performance Indicators :

  • Timely publishing of weekly KPI report
  • Timely publishing of MBR report
  • Timely publishing of weekly collection report and regionwise/customerwise collection shortfall report
  • Timely publishing of weekly report to corporate office.
  • Timely preparation of AOP, Working Capital and Corporate P&L for Carrier Data
  • Timely publishing of various reports sent to CHQ/Management
  • Timely calculation of commission payable to Sales and Sales support team
Contact with Others : 

Internal Communication with other commercial department
External Communication with other commercial department

Qualification & Experience 

Educational / Academic Qualification Candidate should be a CA / ICWAI / MBA
Experience(Min. years) 6-9 years

Candidate Specification: 
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • English speaking, other language(s) would be essential
  • Previous experience using databases and reporting packages like Excel, Power point, Word
  • Experience working with internal and external customers/sales team

Technical/Functional Skills: ( Use "E" to denote Essential and "D" for Desirable) 
  • Experienced in using databases and reporting packages like Excel, Power point and word
  • Experienced in using SAP and Oracle
