Role Summary :
Pricing Analyst is responsible for sourcing quotes from Telecom providers for serving client requirements. The quotes to be sourced at best in market rates, to be provided accurately and as per the Turn Around Time SLAs.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Ensure turnaround of Pricing requests within set deadlines and SLAs
Liaising with carriers on a daily basis to ensure deadlines are being met
Ensuring pricing is accurate and valid at time of quote
To become a ‘centre of excellence’ regarding carrier pricing, pricing databases and processes
Proactively keep all stakeholders up-to-date on the progress of pricing requests
To respond immediately to any requests escalated.
To perform against all key performance indicators including the Turn Around Time SLA Matrix.
Provide administrative support and analysis reporting as required
Be responsible for pricing quotation sent to customers and be confident in using any tools that create quotes for customers.

Qualification & Experience :
Educational / Academic Qualification
Post Graduate in Any Discipline, preferably in Commerce, Science or Business Administration, Preferably MBA
Experience(Min. years)
2-5 years
Candidate Specification :
Should be conversant with Telecom Products
Should have worked on commercial sourcing in the past
Should possess commercial understanding
Proficient in Excel
Previous experience in BPO environment will be an added advantage
Technical/Functional Skills : ( Use "E" to denote Essential and "D" for Desirable)
Oracle/SAP experience is added benefit,
