Job Title Manager-Marketing

Role Summary :

  1. New product launches
  2. Direct Customer Communication
  3. Customized promotional offers for each geography
  4. All round digital marketing activities for international business
  5. Ownership for Customer Acquisition, Retention and reactivate dormant customers
Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Generating Business Plans  for Segmented offers
  • Identifying target markets - geographies, age group and communities etc.
  • Launch appropriate offers for each segment based on the current market trends.
  • New product launches – identify appropriate target markets and formulate customized promotional plans.
  • Online content management and portal design
  • Explore various mediums of digital marketing and allocation of appropriate budgets to achieve ROIs
  • Ensure financial viability for promotions, Tariff Plans and post offer analysis
  • Environment scanning and competition study
  • Analyzing of Weekly  Dashboard
  • Performance & Strategic Analysis of Ongoing Business to achieve target Revenue & EBITDA
  • Design & Analyze Key Performance Indicators: Traffic, Revenue, ARPU and Realization.
  • Customer Communication – Designing most appropriate digital communication strategy to reach out to target markets. Design specific marketing plans for each geography working closely with media agencies.
  • Managing SEO, SEM, SMM and Mobile Marketing activities for our products
  • Affiliate tie-ups with national and international parties to increase visibility and to gain acquisitions.
Steps to ensure viral propagation of our features or our latest promotions through videos, blogs, PRs etc.

Key Performance Indicators :
  • Revenue Generation from Allocated /operating markets (Internationally)
  • Drive acquisition through campaigns and revenue enhancement drives to achieve AOP targets
  • Plan and execute Annual marketing activity as per the Marketing calendar
  • Plan annual marketing spends vis a vis Budgets and ROI
  • Marketing Communication design and customer engagement in digital space

Qualification & Experience 

Educational / Academic Qualification B.E, Graduate with fulltime MBA,or Partime regular college
Experience(Min. years) 4 to 6 years

Candidate Specification: 
  • Experience in Telecom industry preferred.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets and business targets
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (preferably proven)
  • MBA or Engineering Degree from a reputed school/college is preferable.
  • Experience in direct customer communication.
