Key Account Management
Position Reporting to (Role)
Regional Sales Head (West & South)
Role Summary :
Incumbent in this role shall be responsible for :
Achieving Bandwidth ,NLD-Voice & Infrastructure Order Booking from his/her set of accounts
Meeting assigned account-wise revenue target
Account Mapping and Management at all levels
Working with cross-functional teams to prepare and close MSA’s and RFP’s
Keeping outstanding payments under control
Duties and Responsibilities :
Candidate shall be responsible for :
Developing and farming the accounts for NLD products/services and hence achieve Sales targets.
Building relationship at corporate and circle level with the customer
Maintain and nurture relationship with internal teams to ensure delivery/operational support.
Negotiate and close-on the opportunities with the help of Sr, Management
To provide inputs and benchmarks to the management to take specific decisions
Follow-up for outstanding payments and resolving pending issues.
Key Performance Indicators :
Meeting Business Revenue Targets for Bandwidth, Voice and Infra
Meeting OB Sales Targets for Bandwidth, Voice & Infra
Keeping outstanding under control as per Company guidelines
Closing of Bulk contract with corresponding customers
Contact with Others :
Domain knowledge of telecom field and experience in handling Carrier customers will be of added advantage
Qualification & Experience :
Educational / Academic Qualification
BE/BTech and MBA
Professional Certifications / Additional Qualification
3-4 years of relevant work-experience
Candidate Specification :
Candidate should have desired academic qualifications as mentioned above.
Relevant work-experience of 3-4 years is desirable.
Candidate must have good personality along with good clarity of thoughts
Technical/Functional Skills :
( Use “E” to denote Essential and “D” for Desirable)
Domain knowledge of Telecom field is desirable.
