Role Summary :

The ESM role is the primary revenue generating position in RGSI. This quota bearing position generates new business and retains and grows existing business.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include meeting all assigned sales revenue and booking targets. Activities include:

  • Identifying and Soliciting new market opportunities.
  • Developing new clients, while maintaining existing market accounts
  • Quoting and presenting Reliance Solutions
  • Participating in Service Delivery related activities and providing sales management reporting

Key Performance Indicators :

KPI’s:
  • Quota of $9,500 Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
  • New Logo Targets Established Per Quarter

Qualification & Experience:

Educational / Academic Qualification Essential: 4 Year Degree
Desirable:  
Professional Certifications / Additional Qualification Essential:  
Desirable: Solution Selling Training
Experience(Min. years) 3-5 years related
Other Criteria(If not addressed above)  

Candidate Specification:
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct contributor experience selling to C-level executives and senior management in Global 2000 companies (verifiable).
    • Existing C-level contacts in assigned territory
  • Proven and verifiable track record in exceeding sales quotas.
    • Sales into Energy Vertical
    • Selling WANs (MPLS/VPLS) a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Demonstrated success in having sold one or more of the following:
    • Managed WAN Solutions
    • LAN/WAN Infrastructure
    • Global Solutions
    • Collocation
    • Professional Services
Technical/Functional Skills: ( Use “E” to denote Essential and “D” for Desirable)
